In truth whether you have had a launch of any kind before is not that important.

Some people in Launch Squad will be building their first launch, while others will be trying to improve on old ones. See the question on pre-requisites for what is more important. 

There are some pre-requisites because Launch Squad is not for people who are at the very beginning and know nothing about the online business world. You need to have the launch literacy to understand and keep up.

The basic pre-requisites are these:

1. You need to be familiar with the PLF-style launch process, and terminology. At a minimum this means having read 'Launch' by Jeff Walker, but preferably be an owner or alumni of Jeff's PLF,
2. You need to have covered the fundamentals I mention in the video - things like who your avatar is, the problem that you're going to solve, and why you, and
3. You need to convince me that you are an action taker.  This isn't a group for tire-kickers.

If you pass those three, and you are fired up about launching your online machine, then you're good to go.

When you show an interest in Launch Squad:

1. I will be in touch for us to have first contact through a 30-minute Zoom call.  This will give you a chance to ask me questions and for me to assess if you are ready for Launch Squad.
2. I'll keep in touch with a start date and pricing for the next Launch Squad kickoff
3. You will be sent a questionnaire and an agreement that sets out both our rights & obligations
4. We talk through and final details, and then execute the agreement and start Launch Squad.

After you join Launch Squad:

1. We work on your Launch Plan, including launch timing, avatar journey etc
2. We identify how best to use Kajabi to facilitate your launch, working backwards from your plans goals
3. We support you as you execute your plan - in the process and in the technology.

You do the work, but we keep you moving and ensure you are never bogged down for long, so that you complete your launch.  After that, we help you become more efficient as you build your future launches.
