I've always been good with tech, even though at times I wish I wasn't always the 'go to' person when something breaks.
 
After a long time in corporate and derivatives trading, I wanted more balance and control of my work life, and decided to pursue the world of online business.  I got immersed in the best that was out there, and it sounded fairly easy in theory, but I struggled for a long time to actually get launched.
 
That all changed when I realized what was holding me back, and drove me to help others who were stuck like I was.

 

It is my goal to get everyone who works with me launched.  I won't settle for less than 100%.

Where it all began

As they say ... it's complicated.

I started programming on an ATARI 600XL with just 16k of memory. I soon progressed to video games, and much to the disgust of the USAF ground grew at Andrew's Airforce Base, at the age of 11, I recorded all the top scores on their arcade machines.

I later put these skills to better use in College doing Operations Research and later in corporate wholesale energy, and then derivatives trading for a prop. trading firm I co-founded.

When that crashed and burned, I had to find a way of supporting my amazing wife and 9 kids (yip, 9!) while not going back to the 9-to-5 plus commute grind.

I discovered Jeff Walker and Product Launch formula in 2013, and also signed on to the birth of a product that promised the world - newkajabi.

I was smart, I was tech savvy, but I didn't meet my goals to have a successful online business. Why couldn't I be one of those success case studies that were in my face at Jeff's $10,000 Launch Club?

It was frustrating and depressing. Should I give up?

I almost did ... several times.

But I pivoted, re-trained, and kept going.

At the time of writing, I have two online businesses:

  • guymulloncoaching.com, where I specialise in helping men in midlife who are stuck in their jobs and a 'life' they don't enjoy, and hep them find change where it seems a too hard, and
  • Launch with Kajabi (this site), is where I help other people like I was who desperately want to succeed at their online dream, but can't quite connect the process with the tech.  I've built the bridge to make it work. 

Launch with Kajabi has the simple goal of getting you launched much less painfully than it cost me.

I came to realize that there were three components to success:

  1. The process,
  2. The tech, and
  3. crucially, the right support.

Why I'm Doing This ...

We've Come A Long Way Since ATARI

When founder, Guy Mullon started his first online business back in 2013, the technology and the process for launching an online business made it very hard even for someone who had been programming since he was 11 years old (on an ATARI 600XL).
